009. The Emotional Intelligence (EI) Lab

In an interview with Harvard Business Review, Daniel Goleman—psychologist and best-selling author—said that the most effective leaders are “alike in one crucial way: they all have a high degree of what has come to be known as emotional intelligence.” In this workshop, participants will learn about EI—how to create conditions in and around them for getting the best results from themselves and their teams. The program is called a lab because it’s experiential and interactive. It introduces tools and strategies that need time to take hold—it’s not a one-and-done program. Participants will be encouraged to take their learning out into the world to practice and live it.
