REGISTRATION: 

  • All-Access Pass: $525 AEA Members; $660 Non-Members
    • Access the daily keynote and Wednesday Panel
    • Access to programs selected during registration live at your scheduled time
      • Ability to download handouts and course materials through Whova
    • Access to the recordings of any program session offered over the three days program
  • One-Day Pass: $175 AEA Members; $220 Non-Members
    • Access to the selected day’s keynote or Panel
    • Access to programs selected during registration live at your scheduled time
      • Ability to download handouts and course materials through Whova
    • Access to the recordings of your selected programs

Details for Participants:

  • Advance registration and program selection required
  • Must download the Whova App to access schedule and program selections live or recorded
  • Will have the ability to ask instructors questions in real-time during a live program presentation
  • Certificate of Completion and CEU Equivalent will be awarded as follows:
    • 3 CEU equivalent - All-Access Pass
    • 1 CEU equivalent - One-Day Pass
  • Participants will have access to program recordings beginning Monday, March 22, 2021, through Monday, April 19,
  • Completing individual session and overall program evaluations will be accessible through Whova

PAYMENT: Registration is accepted online only; one registration form for each registrant.  Registration will not be accepted by telephone or other means.  To complete registration, please be prepared to enter a credit card number for payment.  Registration is not considered complete until payment has been entered, submitted, and accepted. 

PAYING BY CHECK:  This is no longer an option.  Those who have an outstanding balance as of February 26, 2021, will have their registration canceled.  

Online registrations will automatically receive a confirmation. Registrations CANNOT be taken over the phone or via mailed or faxed form. 

CONFIRMATION:  Registrants will receive confirmation of their course selections prior to March 8. Review your confirmation carefully and inform the UID office immediately of any errors. NO course changes will be honored onsite!

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation and refund requests (minus $100 administration fee) must be received at info@univid.org by Friday, March 5, 2021.  No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after that date.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS:  In the unlikely event that a course must be canceled, you will be notified of the change and provided an opportunity to select an alternative course.
