Special Notes 

Participants are not permitted to change selections on-site or “course jump”.  To prevent “course jumping” (attending course you are not registered for) a list of courses you registered for will be available in the binder you receive at registration. 

Attire at UID is business casual. The average March temperature is 40 - 45°.

UID Welcome Happy Hour Back in 2022

With social distancing and concerns for participant health and safety, UID will forgo the traditional Happy Hour in 2021.  It will however, come back stronger in 2022!

Meals

For your convenience, the registration fee includes breakfast, a buffet-style lunch as well as morning & afternoon snacks Sunday through Wednesday.

Dinner is the responsibility of the participant. In addition to room service, the JW Marriott Indianapolis offers two full-service restaurants and a sports bar. The hotel is also within walking distance to a variety of excellent dining and nightlife options in downtown Indianapolis.
