Instructor: Skip Weisman
Level of Complexity: Foundational/Intermediate/Advanced
1:00 PM - 4:30 PM
In this workshop, we will explore the common threads between teamwork on the athletic field and teamwork in a business setting. Through interactive activities participants will discuss state-of-the-art “team building” concepts leading them to their own conclusion about the value of moving away from the myth of teamwork to a more proactive, positive, and productive definition of teamwork that will generate high-level results. You will leave with a specific process they can take back to their workplace to assess their current teams and create a “team agreement” that will allow them to create a team that delivers championship-level results.
