As Fellow for the NAW Institute for Distribution Excellence, Mark works to help leaders create customer innovations as they compete with disruption from online marketplaces, globalization, and other market-changing developments.

Mark is a frequent speaker, workshop facilitator, and author. Drawing on leading-edge research, creative insights, and practical experience, Mark helps innovators develop foresight, build visions, and achieve goals. His work draws on 30 years of experience in channel strategy, business planning, and execution across global markets as well as sectors including commercial, industrial, technology, services, construction, food and beverage, and automotive sectors, and more.
